The PTF toolkit delivers real, physical tools—expert and research-informed games, activities, and creative exercises that help families reconnect without feeling like therapy.

PTF Leadership Giving Circle
Members who give a gift of $25,000 or more will receive an annual report to share the impact of your giving, with foundation updates about populations and communities served, future partnerships, and initiatives.

Consultation with mental health professionals, social workers, and formerly incarcerated individuals to ensure the toolkits are effective and impactful. Prototype development to test materials, games, and activities before mass production.
Manufacturing & Production
High-quality printing & production of the physical toolkits (games, activities, hands-on exercises). Durable and kid-friendly materials to ensure longevity and ease of use. Packaging and assembly of complete kits ready for distribution.
Distribution & Outreach
Shipping toolkits to families, prisons, and community organizations that support returning citizens. Partnering with reentry programs to integrate these tools into their services.
Marketing & Awareness
Creating educational content, social media campaigns, and outreach materials to raise awareness. Hosting informational webinars and events to introduce the toolkits to communities in need.
